Step 1 — Let's Connect
Your journey begins with a thoughtful connection.
• You’ll start by reaching out through our contact form or by email/phone.
• We recommend reserving your date as early as possible — our calendar fills quickly each season.
• Once we receive your inquiry, you’ll hear back within 24–48 hours with availability, pricing, and next steps.
We’ll ask for a few key details: your wedding date, locations, and estimated service count — so we can ensure the perfect team for your day.
Step 2 — The Beauty Vision + Trial (Recommended)
Every bride deserves a look that feels like her best self.
• Whether in-studio or at your location for destination clients, your trial is where we explore your vision.
• You’ll share inspiration photos, discuss your daily beauty routine, and identify your dream bridal aesthetic.
• Hair begins with prep that prioritizes longevity, anti-frizz, humidity resistance, and structured support for your style.
• Makeup includes a calming skin prep, targeted skincare, long-wear products, and techniques optimized for photography and emotion-filled moments.
Your trial session allows time for refinement, and we document everything so that your wedding day runs seamlessly.
If you choose not to schedule an in-person trial, we’ll do a comprehensive consultation so that every detail and preference is fully understood.
Step 3 — Seamless Communication
Clear communication = peace of mind.
From booking until the final look on your wedding day, we stay in sync with you and/or your planner to finalize:
• service counts
• timeline details
• touch-ups & look variation
• on-site logistics
We’ll create a personalized beauty schedule weeks before your wedding so everything unfolds smoothly and joyfully.
Step 4 — Booking Details
Once you’re ready to book:
• A 30% retainer secures your date and team.
• We’ll send you a contract clearly outlining all services.
• Adjustments (additional services, updated counts) can be made up to 30 days prior with documentation so everyone stays aligned.
Step 5 — Your Wedding Day
This is the moment you’ve been dreaming of.
• Our team arrives early to set up professional chairs, lighting, and kits.
• We build calm, unrushed flow into your morning.
• Hair and makeup artistry is expertly executed, ensuring longevity through ceremony, portraits, and celebration.
• We conclude with finishing checks, ensuring you look and feel confident before you step into your moment.
